Agents of Discovery is an augmented reality mobile app which enables students to play and learn outside, absorbing the information and lessons set up by the teacher or by other teachers in the geographical area. It puts the student on a directed treasure hunt toward a GPS location. When they reach the location, an activity such as a simple game appears on their phone, and they get points for completing the activity.
Teachers, or “mission makers,” can easily set up these activities and customize them with whatever information they would like to provide.
