  • Type on PDF (Free for iPhone and iPad. iOS 6 and below). Lets you write text on PDF files. Has been replaced by Smart Forms for iOS 7. A free Android substitute is Fill and Sign PDF Forms
  • WritePad ($3.99 for iPhone, iPad, iPod, and $4.99 on Android) translates handwriting into typed text.
